A Swedish massage is perfect when you just need to relax and unwind. Depending on the length of the massage, it is generally a full-body massage designed to calm the nervous system and increase circulation while relieving tension and stress throughout your body.

Deep Tissue
A deep tissue massage is uniquely tailored to address your specific aches and pains.  This style incorporates trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques to help release adhesions and melt away deeply held patterns of tension.  This is the perfect massage if you suffer from low back, neck or shoulder pain.

Prenatal (Heidi only)
A relaxing and rejuvenating massage specifically designed to meet the needs of expectant mothers.  This massage is performed in the side-lying position with the use of supportive pillows.

Hot Stone (Keri and Heidi)
Hot Stone massage is one of the most luxurious ways to literally melt away the tension.  Basalt volcanic stones are used as an extension of my hands to enhance and promote relaxation during a Swedish or deep tissue massage.  The deeply penetrating heat helps to increase circulation and oxygenation to the muscles and connective tissue, causing a more effective relief with less pressure.

Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage (Kati only)
A gentle and non-invasive massage for the lower back, abdomen, and sacrum area that brings circulation and balance to the abdominal organs. Literally supporting you to 'return to your center,' the work is great for women and men of all ages for well women's care, healthy digestion, fertility, pre and post natal care, and overall well-being.  The techniques work to restore the body to its natural balance by correcting the position of organs that have shifted and restrict the flow of blood, lymph, nerve & chi energy. Mayan tradition asserts that the balance of a woman's health and well-being centers around the health of her womb and core.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (Kati only)
A very gentle, non-invasive hands-on therapy that can be, but does not have to be, performed with the client fully clothed.  It focuses on the central nervous system, energy and cerebrospinal fluid to enhance the body's own healing capabilities. During a session, Katharina may combine Craniosacral therapy with her understanding and experience of energy healing (bioenergetics) and massage therapy to facilitate your healing experience.

Cupping (Heidi only)
Massage cupping is a therapy where suction cups are placed on the skin to boost blood flow and relax muscles. This technique can help reduce muscle pain, stiffness, and support the body’s healing process by enhancing circulation and releasing fascial tension. Clients request often as they feel the positive effects of this therapy. And it’s very soothing and relaxing!

Rejuvenating Foot Massage  (Kati and Heidi)
This 30 min treatment is designed to promote relaxation and stress relief using gentle to moderate pressure. Reflexology techniques and pressure points are implemented to help improve circulation and energy flow throughout the body. Clients report feeling lighter and rejuvenated after a session. Perfect for a lunch break or in between classes!

Facial massage (Heidi only)
This treatment is a blend of facelift massage techniques and lymphatic drainage work. It helps to reduce the effects of stress, tension and aging. It is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Results increase with multiple or regular treatments. It’s also a great option to add on to a regular massage! Please note this is not an aesthetic facial.
